GINN WASP Type

An underwater version of the GINN. As its WASP (Water Adapted Search & Patrol) designation indicates, this type is designed for search and patrol missions in shallow waters. It's equipped with a hydrojet propulsion system, watertight joint sleeves, and a variety of specialized sensors, including active and passive sonar devices and a set of electrical field sensors similar to the electroreceptor organs found in sharks. While ZAFT's other underwater mobile suits far surpass it in terms of diving depth, mobility, and firepower, the WASP Type has proven to be a cost-effective supplement for the relatively scarce GOOhN and ZnO models.
